Michael Madsen, famed actor from "Kill Bill," initiated divorce proceedings.

Michael Madsen, famous for his roles in movies like "Reservoir Dogs," "Thelma & Louise," and "Kill Bill," is divesting himself from his wife DeAnna following almost three decades of union. In his divorce filing, Madsen, now 66, lays heavy accusations against DeAnna, alleging that she was responsible for their son Hudson's suicide. Hudson passed away in January 2022 at age 26.

The divorce papers were filed on September 18, as reported by U.S. news outlet "TMZ." Madsen and DeAnna reportedly parted ways shortly after Hudson's death. They had tied the knot in 1996. Though he cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason, Madsen provided more details in the filing. According to "TMZ," he believes DeAnna's negligence, substance abuse, and alcoholism played a significant role in Hudson's tragic demise.

"Toxic Union"

Madsen further claims that DeAnna drove him into a "harmful, dependent, and toxic relationship," resulting in his arrest for domestic violence in August. The incident occurred in Malibu, where he was accused of pushing his wife out of their house. His representatives eventually stated that they had a misunderstanding. The charges against him were eventually dropped due to lack of sufficient evidence. He has also been arrested and convicted for driving under the influence in the past.

This is Madsen's third failed marriage. He shares three sons with DeAnna. He previously married Georganne LaPiere, Cher's half-sister, from 1984 to 1988. His second marriage, to Jeannine Bisignano, who is the mother of his eldest son, lasted from 1991 to 1995.

The entertainment industry might find Michael Madsen's personal life as intriguing as his acting roles, given the allegations in his divorce filing. Despite the success of "Thelma & Louise" and "Kill Bill," Michael's focus now seems to be on addressing the "toxic union" with his wife DeAnna.
