Megan Fox complains about pregnancy problems
Despite many ups and downs, Megan Fox seems to have found the love of her life in rapper Machine Gun Kelly. However, the two have not yet had a child together: They had to cope with a miscarriage. Not the only pregnancy that went wrong for her, as Fox now reveals.
She has three sons - but having children is actually not as easy for her as it might seem at first glance, actress Megan Fox reveals in an interview with the fashion portal "Women's Wear Daily" (WWD). It only became known at the beginning of November that she and her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly had to cope with a miscarriage. Now the 37-year-old is talking about the fact that she had already had an ectopic pregnancy before that. She had experienced this a long time ago.
Fox explains to WWD how much her most recent miscarriage affected her - and also reveals other pregnancy issues: "That experience was so much harder than I would have expected, and I really analyzed, 'Why was that?' Why was that so hard for me?' Because when I was younger, I had an ectopic pregnancy, I had other things."
What she means by these "other things", however, she prefers not to elaborate on, as the world would otherwise be thrown into "turmoil", Fox explains cryptically. She only wants to reveal this much: "I've been through other similar problems, but not with someone I was so in love with," she says, referring to rapper Machine Gun Kelly.
Processing in songs and lyrics
This "love element" made the recent miscarriage "really tragic" for her and left her with "a lot of grief and a lot of sorrow", says the actress. "So I wrote a lot. He also wrote about it in his albums, he wrote a couple of songs about the miscarriage. It just felt like something I could address publicly because it was addressed through him in a way that gave me space to express myself as well." In her book "Pretty Boys Are Poisonous", Fox dedicated two poems to the subject.
Megan Fox is the mother of sons Journey (7), Bodhi (9) and Noah (11), whom she had with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green. Machine Gun Kelly met her at the beginning of 2020, and the couple got engaged two years later. In early November, Fox said of the miscarriage she suffered with him: "I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and sent us on a very wild journey together and apart."
Despite the challenges they've faced with pregnancy losses, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly find solace in expressing their feelings through music and art. Fox penned two poems about their miscarriage in her book "Pretty Boys Are Poisonous," while Kelly incorporated the experience into some of his songs.
Meanwhile, Hollywood's spotlight continues to follow Megan Fox's celebrity love story, as she balances motherhood to sons Journey, Bodhi, and Noah with her relationship with Machine Gun Kelly. Their journey through heartbreak and recovery remains an inspiring tale within the world of entertainment and celebrity couples.
