- Mars Saibert is coming back soon.

Musical Comeback at "Under Us": Actor Mars Saibert (46), who bid farewell to his role as Mars Sommer from the Schillerallee in August 2010, will soon be seen again in the RTL series. The channel announced this on Monday. Fans can look forward to a reunion with the actor and musician in episode 7452 on September 9.

Almost 15 years ago, his character left to go on tour with his band in America. This fall, Mars will pay a visit to his old friends Easy (played by Lars Steinhoff, 38) and Paco (played by Milos Vukovic, 43) at "Under Us". However, there seem to be other reasons for his return to the Schillerallee. "Under Us" airs daily from Monday to Friday at 5:30 PM on RTL and is available for streaming at any time via RTL+.

"Under Us" Return like "Trip with a Time Machine"

Saibert describes his comeback in the RTL series as "like a trip with a time machine". He personally announced his return to "Under Us" at a fan meeting in Cologne-Ossendorf on Monday and performed a concert with his rock music band IHR. On the Instagram account of the series, he promises his fans: "Mars is back. Back in the Schillerallee. Old acquaintances, new faces. My first shooting days are behind me. It feels damn good, it feels a bit like before, and it's also a bit like before." Why exactly his role is back remains a mystery.

Mars Saibert was added to the main cast of "Under Us" after a guest appearance in the summer of 2004. He was seen as Martin "Mars" Sommer from August 2005 to September 2010.

In his return to "Under Us", Mars Saibert mentions his comebo as a "trip with a time machine". Mars, the character played by Saibert, will be visiting his old friends Easy and Paco on the show, revisiting the Schillerallee after a long absence.
