Lizzo shares her true emotions regarding the 'South Park' episode on obesity.

The "About Damn Time" artist shared a live response on Instagram and TikTok of herself watching a segment from "South Park: The End of Obesity."

During the clip, Sharon and Sheila chat about the "fantastic" weight loss medication Sharon has been using. However, since her insurance only covers such drugs for people with diabetes, Sharon uncovers a different medicine for the rest: "There's a whole new obesity medication for those of us who cannot afford Ozempic and Mounjaro."

As Lizzo views Sharon make this statement, her lips covered in shock.

The scene then shifts to a mocked advertisement for "Lizzo," a drug that "makes you feel good about your weight" and costs significantly less than Ozempic.

In a faux ad narration, it's mentioned that "70% of patients on Lizzo no longer cared how much they weighed."

"Lizzo helps you eat all you want while keeping physical activity to a minimum... Ask about the power of not giving a f***k, with Lizzo," the ad concluded, accompanied by possible adverse reactions.

Reflecting on her reaction video, Lizzo said, "That's crazy, I just feel like damn, I'm really that bitch."

"I really showed the world how to love yourself and not care about your weight, to the point where these men in Colorado know who the f*** I am and placed me on their cartoon that's been around for 25 years," she continued, referencing "South Park" creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone who met at the University of Colorado Boulder and based the series on the state.

Lizzo has always emphasized body positivity and openly discussed the body-shaming she encounters online.

However, three of her previous dancers alleged in a lawsuit filed in August that they faced a hostile work environment, with one plaintiff accusing her of being asked about her weight gain.

At the time, Lizzo countered the accusations with a statement, stating, "I am not the villain the media has portrayed me to be these last few days."

She continued, "As an artist, I have always been extremely invested in my craft. I take my music and performances seriously because at the end of the day, I just want to make the best art that represents me and my fans."

CNN's Alli Rosenbloom provided reporting.

Lizzo attended the 2024 Met Gala.
