Lena concert canceled due to emergency

Fans of Lena Meyer-Landrut were disappointed: Surprisingly, her concert at a Munich festival was unexpectedly cancelled. The reason given is a medical emergency, further details will follow later.

Due to a medical incident, Lena Meyer-Landrut's performance at the Munich Tollwood Festival was cancelled at short notice. According to a concertgoer, the audience had been waiting for the musician and her band in the evening when an announcement was made that it would take longer because someone had collapsed.

Later, a woman went on stage and, without giving reasons, announced that the concert had to be cancelled. "Unfortunately, Lena's performance had to be cancelled at short notice due to sudden health reasons," the Tollwood Festival wrote on its homepage and promised "further information" for Monday. "Thank you for your understanding." It was initially unclear who was affected by the medical incident. Lena was - after performances by singers Tom Twers and Leony - the main act of the evening.

The 33-year-old Meyer-Landrut is currently on tour with her new album "Loyal to myself" and was supposed to perform at the Landesgartenschau in Wangen im Allgäu on Sunday after the concert in Munchen, where singer Leony was a special guest.

Despite the medical emergency, Lena Meyer-Landrut's cancellation at the Tollwood Festival generated buzz within the entertainment industry. Fans and media alike were eagerly awaiting updates about the renowned singer's condition.
