jazz - Lady Gaga reminds of Jazz-Musician Tony Bennett
Lady Gaga, the US pop star, remembered Tony Bennett's legacy one year after his death. Bennett, who worked with Lady Gaga for years, passed away in July 2023 at the age of 96.
In an Instagram post, the 38-year-old wrote that she was grateful "(...) for the legacy of jazz music that he left behind – and for the community of jazz musicians, with whom I still work, who all knew and loved him." She added: "We will continue and swing."
Age difference played no role
