"Friends" star - Kudrow watches series in memory of co-star Perry
In remembrance of their deceased co-star Matthew Perry, US actress Lisa Kudrow re-watches episodes of their successful series "Friends."
She previously never did that, the 60-year-old told The Hollywood Reporter. "To be honest, I wasn't able to do it because it's embarrassing to watch myself. But when it's about Matthew, then it's okay. And it's about celebrating how funny he was - and that's how I want to remember him."
She finds the series very funny, Kudrow added. "Sometimes I even laugh at what I did in it. But it's still embarrassing. When someone comes into the room at home and I'm watching "Friends," that's funny."
Perry was found dead in his house in Los Angeles last October at the age of 54 in a Whirlpool. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office, he died from the effects of a narcotic. Kudrow and Perry's other "Friends" co-stars Matt LeBlanc, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, and David Schwimmer issued a statement a few days after his death, calling it an "unbearable loss."
