"YEEZY presents the foldable future of footwear, YZY POD," wrote the rapper and fashion designer in a screenshot previously posted on X. YZY POD is the name of the latest footwear, which the rapper praises as the perfect travel companion. Ye, as Kanye West now wants to be called, wants a whopping 200 dollars for the sock shoe and says that "no imitations should be accepted".

Although it is the first launch since his contract with Adidas ended in October 2022, fans of the brand are reacting angrily: "200 dollars for a sock is crazy," wrote one X user, while another joked: "Is it 200 dollars a sock or do you get a pair?"
There was also a hail of incomprehension for the new launch on the social media platform Instagram, with one follower writing: "Bro, fuck these ugly clothes, where's the album?" According to media reports, a new album with the name "Vultures" will indeed be released soon.
There are many comments of this kind. The disappointment at being presented with clothes instead of the album as a launch seems great.
Many others wonder about the sizes of the shoes in the comments column. They puzzle over what the numbers "1,2,3," could mean. One user seems to have cracked the code and writes: "1: Under US 6 / EU 39, 2: US 7 - US 9.5 / EU 40 - 43, 3: US 10 - US 13 / EU 44 - 47", because apparently a sock shoe doesn't have to fit exactly like a normal shoe, but rather sit like a normal sock. Whether this will be a disadvantage when running in the future has not yet been discussed in the comments column.
