In May 2022, Pelphrey and Cuoco confirmed their relationship. They had only known each other for a few months before falling in love. In March 2023, their daughter Matilda Carmine Richie was born. Cuoco wrote at the time, "We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle. We are truly blessed."
