Darn it, even popular TV figure Kai Pflaume isn't impervious to clumsiness and shady dealings. Close to a filming site, his motor vehicle got targeted, resulting in the nabbing of several backpacks and perhaps his mobile device. The perpetrator(s) successfully disappeared from the scene.
As reported by the "Bild" newspaper, lifting the info from Berlin police, Pflaume's vehicle was parked on Yorckstraße, a road linking the areas of Schöneberg and Kreuzberg.
From the bags, an electronic gadget was pinpointed to Berlin-Charlottenburg, strongly suggesting that the looted item was a cell phone. Amateur sleuths spotted Pflaume wandering around the area, presumably hunting for his misplaced belongings. Some of the items were eventually found.
Pflaume's team kept mum about the incident, choosing not to elaborate. No one has been nabbed yet. According to the report, the area where the traced gadget was located, along with the nearby streets, is where one of Pflaume's TV series is being filmed.
