Justin is anticipated to admit guilt for operating a vehicle under the influence.

The impending settlement includes an undecided monetary fine, although the presiding judge in the case still needs to endorse the deal at a forthcoming hearing on Friday, where Timberlake is expected to appear.

Prior to this arrangement, Timberlake had initially denied any wrongdoing in relation to the DWI charge, which was categorized as a misdemeanor, back in August. If found guilty, he could have faced a maximum jail term of one year and a fine of $2500.

Timberlake was apprehended in Sag Harbor in June, as per police reports, following allegations of not stopping at a stop sign and maintaining his lane of travel. At the time, Timberlake informed the authorities that he "had one martini and followed my friends home," as per court records.

During a hearing towards the end of July, Timberlake's legal representative contested his intoxicated state, asserting that there was no justification for his arrest.

Despite the ongoing legal issues, Timberlake continues to focus on his entertainment career, performing in various concerts and events. After the settlement, Timberlake might consider investing some of the funds in creating more entertaining content for his fans.
