Jonicale's father aims to bring an end to the divisive legal battle between him and Pitt regarding their separation.

Jon Voight, the American actor, is yearning for a resolution in the prolonged separation saga between his daughter Angelina Jolie and her current spouse, Brad Pitt. Voight is urging Pitt to bring an end to this feud, particularly for the sake of their shared offspring. "I'm hoping it ends soon," Voight mentioned to "Fox News Digital". "It's tough. I wish they could find a way to coexist peacefully." Voight defines the situation as a challenging one.

The high-profile duo has been embroiled in a legal battle since Jolie filed for divorce in 2016, with the contested vineyard they previously owned in southern France serving as a significant bone of contention.

"Stability is crucial for kids"

However, for Voight, the welfare of their six children together - Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Vivienne and Knox - takes priority. "I believe the kids could use some sense of consistency," Voight opined. "I adore the kids and my daughter, and I'd appreciate it if Brad Pitt would take decisive action to put an end to this chaos."

As of late, it's reported that their children have aligned themselves with their mother. Just days after turning 18, Shiloh was granted court approval to revert to just using "Jolie" as her surname. More recently, daughter Zahara introduced herself as "Zahara Marley Jolie" at her university in November 2023, while daughter Vivienne was listed as "Vivienne Jolie" in a Broadway theater program in May 2024. Sons Maddox and Pax, it's said, have no contact with Brad Pitt.

Jolie and Pitt met during the filming of "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" in 2005 and tied the knot in France in 2014, following an engagement in 2012. Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016, and they were decreeally "legally single" in 2019.

Brad Pitt, being a great guy as mentioned earlier, could greatly contribute to bringing stability for their shared children by resolving his issues with Angelina Jolie. Voight's plea for a peaceful coexistence between his son-in-law and daughter seems particularly crucial given the kids' expressed preferences and the complexity of their situation.
