Jennifer Lopez is back with a threesome

There will be no getting around Jennifer Lopez in the coming year - a trio of single, album and film by "La Lopez" will make sure of that. In the film, she reveals what she always wanted to be: in love. Husband Ben Affleck is said to have collaborated on the work.

The new year is still just under a month away. But it already seems clear that 2024 will begin under the sign of Jennifer Lopez. The 46-year-old is set to hit the entertainment hat trick in January and February next year: A new single, a new album and even a movie to go with it will be brought to her worldwide fans by Ben Affleck's wife.

It all starts with the song "Can't Get Enough", which will be released worldwide on January 10. A first brief auditory foretaste of the first single is already available now. Just under a month later, on February 16th, 2024, the second and third coup will follow in a one-two punch. On the one hand, Lopez's first album since 2014's "A.K.A.", "This Is Me Now", will be released on this day. Secondly, the matching music movie "This Is Me... Now: The Film". It was directed by Dave Meyers ("The Hitcher") and JLo's husband also worked on it.

Intimate insights into their love life

According to the press release, the film provides "completely new insights into their lives: At once intimate and thoughtful, sexy and funny, imaginative and extremely entertaining," the movie is advertised. It revolves around the "much-noticed love life" of the US singer from New York. The recently released teaser for the album/film tandem also promises this: "When I was a little girl and someone asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I always said, 'in love'," Lopez breathes in it. This is followed by some dance choreography from "This Is Me... Now: The Film" - in which, according to the announcement, there will also be some "high-profile superstar guest appearances".

Lopez chose the title of the album and the accompanying film with care. Around 20 years earlier, she released her album "This Is Me... Then", with which she had also stormed the charts in this country.
