Jennifer Aniston shoots against Trump-Vice
J.D. Vance stated that the USA is being governed by "a pack of childless cat ladies" three years ago. This statement, which is now gaining attention again, is being faced by Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who are the future of the Democrats, according to J.D. Vance in a 2021 interview with Tucker Carlson on Fox News. In his opinion, the USA is being ruled by "a pack of childless cat ladies who are unhappy with their own lives and the decisions they have made, and therefore want to make the rest of the country unhappy."
"It's just a fundamental fact - look at Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez - the entire future of the Democrats is being controlled by childless people," J.D. Vance explained in a 2021 interview with the then Fox News moderator Tucker Carlson. According to him, these people are unhappy and regret the decisions they have made, and therefore want to make the rest of the country unhappy.
The internet, as we know, never forgets, and this three-year-old statement is now a topic of discussion once again, following US President Joe Biden's announcement that he will not run for re-election and instead nominate his Vice President Kamala Harris.
Vance is running for the US Presidency in 2024 as Vice President of the former US President Donald Trump for the Republicans. He cannot count on the support of "Friends" star Jennifer Aniston in this regard. The 55-year-old actress reposted a tweet in her Instagram story that refers to Vance's 2021 interview, and wrote, "I really can't believe that's coming from a potential Vice President of the United States. I can only say ... Mr. Vance, I pray that your daughter is lucky enough to have children of her own one day. I hope she doesn't have to resort to IVF as a second option. Because they're trying to take that away from her too."
Aniston is unintentionally childless
Aniston's reaction has personal reasons. She underwent In-Vitro-Fertilization-Treatment (IVF) herself several years ago - unsuccessfully. Her desire to become a mother remained unfulfilled. In an interview with "Allure" in 2022, Aniston spoke for the first time about her attempts to become a mother. She had "given up everything" for a child and regretted that no one had advised her to freeze her eggs in her younger years. "You just don't think about it," she said in retrospect.
Kamala Harris has no children of her own but is a stepmother to her husband Doug Emhoff's two children. J.D. Vance has two sons and a daughter with his wife Usha Vance.
"Despite J.D. Vance's criticism of childless politicians, he finds himself in a different situation with two children and a spouse. This contrast is particularly evident when comparing his family life to Kamala Harris, who is a stepmother but has not undergone artificial insemination like 'Friends' star Jennifer Aniston, who unsuccessfully tried IVF,".
"In the realm of entertainment, Aniston used her platform to express her disapproval of Vance's 2021 remarks, highlighting the intersection of politics and celebrity in the modern era",.
"Interestingly, in his political campaign for the 2024 US Presidency, Vance is partnering with former US President Donald Trump, who also has no biological children. This presents an intriguing dynamic in American politics, with both Vance and Trump appealing to voters despite their personal family situations, such as artificial insemination or lack of biological children",.
