Kanye West - Is the US star settling in Mallorca?
Will the Spanish island of Majorca, one of the most popular travel destinations for Germans, soon be enriched by an attraction that is as dazzling as it is controversial? If so, it would probably mean that German real estate agent Marcel Remus (37) has scored a sales coup. During a work trip to Dubai, he happened to spot the US couple Kanye West (46) and Bianca Censori (28) and immediately seized the opportunity worth millions, as he revealed to Bild newspaper.
"Kanye West and I only met two days ago in a hotel in Dubai," said Remus. "I'm currently here for work and am meeting clients and investors who want to buy houses in Mallorca next year." He quickly approached the two and told the US rapper "if he ever wants to invest in a property on Mallorca, he should let me know. Especially now that there are direct flights from New York to Mallorca, it would be an exciting investment."
Big joint business plans?
This proactive offer seems to have immediately appealed to the musician, as Remus reveals: "We exchanged numbers straight away. Full throttle and attack." The following day, they met again for dinner and discussed "some exciting real estate projects outside of Mallorca". West also instructed the estate agent to "sell his house in Malibu".
The chance meeting in the hotel lobby in Dubai may have already paid off for Remus. Remus posted several photos as proof on his official Facebook account. He wrote the following about a selfie with West: "Next big deal w/ Kanye. Bianca is already wearing the teddy in the background. Off to Mallorca!" This was followed a day later by pictures of the business dinner with the rap star, who has recently made headlines primarily with anti-Semitism scandals.
