Is Laura Müller getting naked again?
It's been almost four years since the defoliated Laura Müller boosted the sales figures of "Playboy". A lot has happened since then: She got married, became a mother and her husband has joined the ranks of the philanderers. Now Michael Wendler's wife would like to let the naked facts speak for themselves once again.
January 2020 - everything was actually still fine with Laura Müller. Well, even back then, her sweetheart Michael Wendler was only ridiculed by many as a singer. The fact that she got involved with the musician, who was twice her age, when she was a teenager also caused many people to frown. And the fact that she undressed for "Playboy" at the age of just 19 was probably also met with suspicion by some.
But hey, it worked: Michael Wendler and Laura Müller were the talk of the town at the time. With their participation in "Let's Dance" and his appearance on "Deutschland sucht den Superstar", they both climbed the career ladder. And Müller's "Playboy" appearance was also a complete success. Thanks to her naked facts, the magazine was able to "significantly increase" its newsstand sales in February 2020. The digital version of the magazine with Müller sold even better than all issues combined in the previous year.
A lot has happened since then: Michael Wendler and Laura Müller now live permanently in the USA, they got married and had a son together in June 2023. But above all, the crash happened: after Wendler switched to the conspiracy-monger camp, he was shunned even by most of those who used to be well-disposed towards him. As a result, Müller also lost orders by the dozen. Financially, the couple are said not to be in the best of health.
"Everything has to be right"
Müller has now discovered the payment platform "Onlyfans" as a source of income. Here she not only monetized her pregnancy and the birth of her child. She also likes to show herself off to paying subscribers. But it looks like she would also like to show herself undressed to a wider public once again.
At least that's what she says in a new edition of the podcast "Die Wendlers", which she records with her husband. She could imagine a new edition of her "Playboy" appearance, she explains according to the "Bild" newspaper. After all, the magazine's team helped her to really let herself go in the nude photos.
Michael Wendler is already musing about his scantily clad wife in a white dress, but she warns that "everything has to be right" for the potential revival. This certainly includes the money.
"Playboy" says: "Yes, but ..."
The "Bild" newspaper asked "Playboy" editor-in-chief Florian Boitin whether he could imagine a repeat performance with the now 23-year-old. "'Playboy' is always happy to provide a stage for strong women and fascinating personalities," Boitin explains. The issue with Müller was also "a huge success" for everyone involved, "including financially".
However, Boitin then follows up with a big "but": "However, there is no room for abstruse conspiracy-mongering by Michael Wendler here in the future either." Laura Müller would therefore presumably have to leave her husband at home during the shoot.
