A fellow is under suspicion for keeping a lady imprisoned in a pigsty for over five years and subjecting her to inhumane treatment. As per the news channel "Polsat News," quoting the prosecutor's office, the 35-year-old is being charged with extreme acts of abuse.
Reports suggest he subjected the five-year-younger woman to physical and mental torment, and repeatedly sexually assaulted her. Her access to essentials like water and personal hygiene products was severely limited.
Should he be found guilty, the man hailing from Gaiki village in Lower Silesia could face a sentence of up to 25 years in jail. Previously, "Bild" reported this.

A hospital informed the authorities, as mentioned by the Glogow prosecutor to the channel. The woman was admitted with a dislocated shoulder, but the doctors were shocked by the extent of her older injuries. According to "Polsat News," she gave birth in a hospital at some point, and the baby was put up for adoption.
As per the local news portal "Myglogow.pl," the woman fearfully confided to the doctors that she was too scared to disclose the truth due to his threats of worsening circumstances if she spoke out. The investigation continues.
A search warrant was issued, and a request for an arrest warrant is impending. According to "Myglogow.pl," the woman met the man online in 2019. Gaiki village is approximately 90 kilometers northwest of Wroclaw (formerly Breslau).
The case is being handled by The Office of the Prosecutor, as they are pursuing charges against the man for his alleged crimes. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the woman had given birth while in captivity, and the baby was put up for adoption.
