Leighton Meester - In a trendy outfit at a Christmas party
As the "Lady in Red", Leighton Meester (37) shone in her special satin dress in a flurry of flashbulbs. The actress appeared at the "Winter Wonderland Holiday Party" hosted by Amazon Prime Video and Freevee in a low-cut red dress with a large rose appliqué below the neckline. The 37-year-old is right on trend with this look, as floral details on dresses and co. were the eye-catcher par excellence this year.
Christmassy look
The actress teamed the red dress with a white satin clutch and sparkling, understated silver earrings. Leighton Meester thus created a Christmassy look that went well with the Christmas tree and presents. The 37-year-old's rather understated black heels and subtle nail polish didn't steal the show - an all-round successful and elegant look.
The Texas-born actress has been married to her fellow actor Adam Brody (43) since 2014. She rose to fame between 2007 and 2012 alongside Blake Lively (36) in the US series "Gossip Girl". Most recently, she appeared in the sitcom "How I Met Your Father", among others. Leighton Meester is also a singer and songwriter. She released her first single "Somebody to Love" together with singer Robin Thicke (46) in 2009.
