In a fresh civil lawsuit, it's claimed that Sean 'Diddy' Combs allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted a woman.
In the claim, submitted in New York and obtained on Friday by CNN, Jane Doe asserts that she was coerced into ingesting alcohol and unspecified substances without consent and was sexually assaulted by Combs on multiple occasions in 2022. Following one alleged incident, Doe "woke up with her feet turning purple and bruised, and had a bite mark on her heel," the claim reveals. She remained unaware of how these injuries occurred.
Doe alleges that she was compelled to consume ketamine and other drugs in July 2022. This, she claims, led to her losing consciousness and being sexually assaulted, resulting in her pregnancy. According to the claim, one of Combs’ associates repeatedly urged her to undergo an abortion, but later she suffered a miscarriage.
The claim states that Doe felt threatened for her safety following her witnessing Combs physically abusing other women. She believed her conversations and location were being surveyed by him. Combs reportedly bombarded Doe with calls and messages, which continued until July 2024, as per the lawsuit.
CNN has reached out to representatives for Combs for comment. Combs' companies and several unnamed associates of Combs, identified as John Does, are also listed as defendants.
The claim is the latest charge of sexual assault against Combs and emerges less than a week after he was indicted on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Combs, 54, pleaded not guilty to these charges and remains in federal detention as he awaits trial.
Combs has been facing accusations of sexual misconduct and illegal activity in at least 11 civil lawsuits. The most recent civil lawsuit against Combs was filed in New York on Tuesday. He has denied the allegations in numerous complaints and has yet to respond to others. One of the cases has been settled, while ten remain active.
Despite the ongoing legal battles, Combs found time to attend numerous high-profile events and concerts, showcasing his continued involvement in the entertainment industry. Amidst the allegations, many in the entertainment world have distanced themselves from him, leading to cancelled collaborations and performances.
