George Clooney on wife Amal - "I'd rather do the cooking ..."
Amal Clooney (45) is an internationally successful human rights lawyer and regularly steals the show from her famous husband on the world's red carpets. But now George Clooney (62) has revealed what his wife is less talented at.
"I'd better do the cooking ..."
At the premiere of his new film "The Boys in the Boat" in Los Angeles, the Hollywood star said in an interview with "Extra": "My wife is a brilliant lawyer", one of "the greatest in the world", he added and then joked: "But I'd better do the cooking, otherwise we'll all die." The director and actor also revealed what the Clooney family will be having for the holidays: He'll be whipping up "a Christmas turkey" this year, the 62-year-old said, similar to the one he made at Thanksgiving.

So while George Clooney sets the tone in the kitchen, his wife apparently has the better hand when it comes to fashion. At the film premiere in Los Angeles, Amal Clooney shone in a tailor-made Versace dress with spaghetti straps in bright yellow, while the actor appeared in a classic black suit with a dark blue shirt underneath.
"She beats them all," the 62-year-old gushed in an interview with "Entertainment Tonight": "I'm always embarrassed because I'm wearing something I've worn a thousand times," he explained, joking that his entire career is now reduced to being his wife's companion. Recently, he had to introduce himself as "Amal Clooney's husband", the actor said.
The Clooneys' tenth wedding anniversary is coming up next year
George and Amal Clooney got engaged in spring 2014 and married in Venice in September of that year. They are parents to six-year-old twins Ella and Alexander, who were born in June 2017.
