Amira Pocher was irritated by her ex-husband Oliver Pocher. He recently demanded publicly that she renounce his last name. Why his still-wife finds this laughable.

In the podcast - I don't need this name: Amira Pocher opposes accusations from Olli Pocher

With clear words, Amira Pocher defended herself against her ex-husband Oliver Pocher in her podcast. He had spoken in his podcast "Die Pochers! Frisch recycelt" about wanting her to drop his last name after the divorce - because she only benefited from it. That's ridiculous, so Amira Pocher said in a conversation with her brother Hima Aly.

Together they have the Podimo podcast "Liebes Leben", where they also talk about private matters. "The Pochers' were a brand. We were more interesting together than separately. The podcast he's now continuing is a joint venture. That's not fair. Who's making money from it now? He had never had such a successful tour in his career," she complained. When she met him, he had performed in front of much smaller audiences, and many had told her that he had become sympathetic through her. "I don't need this name," Amira Pocher asserted angrily.

Amira Pocher seems angry at Sandy Meyer-Wölden as well

Then she let herself be drawn into a side swipe against Pocher's other ex-wife Sandy Meyer-Wölden. "How many women has Olli had? And look at his entourage now. Who's benefiting from Olli now? Who? I'm doing my thing. Who's benefiting from him? No one's saying anything," she spat out. Meyer-Wölden had replaced Amira Pocher in the common podcast of the ex-married couple after the separation. In the past, Amira Pocher had often tried to maintain a good relationship with her, but in the name issue, it seemed to have gone too far.

But the name dispute is only the surface, Amira Pocher is sure. "He knows exactly what the plan is. And I think, that's already planned out, that he keeps saying in public that if it happens, he can say: 'See, I said it would be like that'." That Pocher also demonstrates power in other ways is clear from his Instagram story, Amira Pocher makes clear in her story.

Oliver Pocher takes the hate wave against Amira in stride

The 31-year-old shared a screenshot of her direct messages, in which she was badly insulted. This has been happening to her approximately once a week in her inbox since about a year ago. In other words: Every Friday when Oliver Pocher talks negatively about her in his podcast with Meyer-Wölden, his fans come to her to insult her. Above all, since the episode about her last name, she was "bombarded with messages" from his "followers". "People, I'm not even divorced yet," she tried to appease them. It has nothing to do with what she plans to do.

  1. Amira Pocher mentioned her brother Hima Aly during their podcast discussion, highlighting their shared podcast "Liebes Leben" and expressing her concern about Oliver Pocher continuing their joint venture without fair compensation.
  2. In her disagreement with her ex-husband, Amira Pocher also appeared critical of Sandy Meyer-Wölden, his current podcast partner, questioning who benefits from Olli Pocher's current position and stating that no one is supporting him in the same way.
  3. Speaking about the negative messages she receives every Friday, Amira Pocher noted that they often correspond with episodes of Oliver Pocher's podcast with Meyer-Wölden, pointing out that she is still not officially divorced and their dispute is not related to her future plans.
