Howie Mandel discovered wife following alleged intoxication-induced fall in Vegas hotel, leading to a pool of blood.

During a chat on "Live With Kelly and Mark," the "America's Got Talent" judge recounted an incident involving his wife in their Las Vegas hotel room. Apparently, she got a bit tipsy and took a tumble, hitting the wainscoting on her eye before landing on the floor and breaking her cheek.

"She smashed into the wall," Mandel explained. "Then, she slid down, hit the wainscoting on her head, and fell to the floor."

Upon turning on the light, Mandel saw his wife, Terry Mandel, with blood pooling around her head. "You could even see her skull," he added, mentioning that it had indeed cracked open.

He shared a picture from the accident, showing Terry with a gash on her forehead and a swollen, bloodied, and blackened eye. Clearly alarmed, Mandel picked her up, put her on the bed, and quickly grabbed as many towels as he could find, only to discover they had all become soaked with blood.

Terry instructed him to get some ice, so he grabbed some cold soda cans from the mini fridge before they heading to the hospital for emergency treatment. Fortunately, she's recuperating well now and doesn't have any permanent scarring.

Mandel and Terry have been married since 1980 and are proud parents of three children: a son named Alex and daughters Jackie and Riley.
