How David Beckham tortures his wife
Apparently there are good reasons why Mel C was once nicknamed Sporty Spice, while Victoria Beckham, who likes to dress smartly, became Posh Spice. On his official Instagram account, David Beckham made fun of his wife's fitness level and posted the literally stunning results of a joint gym visit.
One picture shows a completely exhausted Victoria lying unconscious on the gym floor. David Beckham's snippy comment on the sporting tragedy: "My wife isn't dramatic or anything - but this happened this morning."
Becks also claims to have read his loved one's thoughts at this moment: "I want to sleep!" In a second photo of the exhausting session, Victoria appears to have managed to get herself into the recovery position ...
What loves each other, teases each other
The fact that the former England international teases his 49-year-old wife from time to time is not only evident on his Instagram channel. There was also an entertaining dispute between the two in his own Netflix documentary.
When Victoria claims with a serious face that her family was "working class" during her childhood and youth, her husband can't contain himself and admonishes her between doors with the words: "Be honest! What kind of car did your father drive you to school in?" After initially playing around, she finally admits: "Okay, my father had a Rolls-Royce in the 80s."
Despite various marital crises, which are also addressed in the documentary, the two prove time and again that what loves each other, teases each other. The couple have been walking through life as husband and wife for almost 25 years now, with the wedding bells ringing in 1999. The marriage produced four children: 24-year-old Brooklyn, Romeo, who is three years younger, 18-year-old Cruz and 12-year-old Harper.
David Beckham and Victoria Beckham, being part of the celebrated couple in the world of entertainment, often engage in playful banter. During their Netflix documentary, David jokingly challenged Victoria's claims about her family's background, saying, "Be honest! What kind of car did your father drive you to school in?" Celebrity couples like the Beckhams demonstrate that love and fun teasing can go hand in hand, as they've been married for over two decades.
