Bradley Cooper - Hollywood star serves sandwiches in NYC
Bradley Cooper (48) has a new job, at least for a few hours. On Wednesday, December 6, 2023, the Hollywood star took a break from acting and worked in a food truck in New York City. The truck belongs to the famous "Angelo's Pizzeria" in Philadelphia, with whose owner Cooper maintains a friendly relationship and who also shared the Cooper spectacle on their Instagram page.
In a video there, Cooper can be seen preparing the restaurant's main specialty, the legendary Philly Cheesesteak, among other things. "Good afternoon, everyone," Cooper said to the camera with a smile on his face and a chef's apron around his waist, "come by and get a cheesesteak!" They were located on West Third Street near Sixth Avenue in the trendy Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan.
As the newspaper "The Philadelphia Inquirer" reports, Bradley Cooper and pizzeria owner Danny DiGiampietro have teamed up to create a variation on the classic, the "Danny and Coops Cheesesteak". Cooper also wears a corresponding shirt at the stove of the food truck.
For all New Yorkers, however, this is a unique opportunity to enjoy the Cooper sandwich. Although DiGiampietro and Cooper have been looking for suitable locations for a NYC branch of the restaurant for two years now, they are sticking to Philadelphia for the time being. The main reason for this is the exorbitant prices in the Big Apple.

The proceeds from the pop-up event, which will be repeated on Thursday, will go to a charitable organization that helps feed New Yorkers in need. According to the newspaper article, there were already long queues at the truck on Wednesday. As corresponding snapshots show, Bradley Cooper's ex, Russian model Irina Shayk (37), also stopped by for a bite to eat with their daughter.
Gigi Hadid (28) was also spotted at the food truck. The ex-girlfriend of Zayn Malik (30) has often been linked to Bradley Cooper in recent weeks and months with regard to an alleged romance. An insider is said to have reported that the two spend a lot of time together and have dinner dates several times a week. She was said to be very happy.
