Heather Locklear joins her 'Melrose Place' co-stars for a reunion discussion session
As reported by People magazine, the 62-year-old actress attended some events at the 90s Con Florida in Daytona Beach, Florida, where "Melrose Place" co-stars gathered over the weekend.
The publication shared that she participated in two panel discussions, reminiscing about her fame and even talked about her past date with Tom Cruise.
"We went out dancing at Club Lingerie back then, and he was quite charming," she mentioned, according to the article. "I've shared this before, but he was really attractive."
She also shared an anecdote about checking out his famous dance move from "Risky Business" before the movie was released.
"He did that before [the movie], and I was right there, like, 'Do you stop dancing if they're down there?'" she recalled. "I was excited, but he was courteous."
Locklear also shared her experience playing the rebellious Amanda Woodward on the drama and updates about an upcoming remake.
"Everyone has agreed to participate. Laura and I have been working on this for a while now," Locklear stated. "It's in the discussion phase. Business affairs and lawyers are involved, and they want to proceed with it."
She was surrounded by her co-stars, including Josie Bissett, Brooke Langton, Laura Leighton, Grant Show, and Daphne Zuniga, during the group panel.
"Melrose Place" aired from 1992 - 1999. The remake is currently being developed by CBS Studios, based on the original series created by Darren Star.
A previous "Melrose Place" remake aired on the CW from 2009 - 2010.
Locklear was last seen at a public event, attending the premiere of the Lifetime original movie “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff: The Kristine Carlson Story” in 2021.
