Nick Cannon - He insures his testicles for ten million

Nick Cannon (43) has made headlines in recent years mainly due to his unusual family planning. The entertainer now has twelve children from six women, with whom he cares for along with their mothers. He apparently does not rule out having more offspring, as the 43-year-old has even had his testicles insured.

"You often hear that celebrities insure their legs... so I thought to myself: Hey, I need to insure my most valuable asset," he explained in an interview with the American magazine "Entertainment Tonight."

Ten-Million-Dollar Deal

For his "most valuable possessions," his "crown jewels," he has taken out a ten million dollar ($9.3 million Euro) insurance policy. He doesn't plan on having more children in the near future but "wants to make sure nothing goes wrong." The insurance was arranged in collaboration with the soap and personal care product manufacturer Dr. Squatch.

Twelve Children from Six Women

Nick Cannon's family relationships are complex. Six women have given birth to children for the moderator, some in the same year. With his ex-wife Mariah Carey (55), he has the twins Moroccan and Monroe (12). With DJ Abby De La Rosa (33), he also has twins, Zion and Zillion (2), and daughter Beautiful Zeppelin (1).

With ex-girlfriend Brittany Bell (36), he has sons Golden Sagon (7) and Rise Messiah (1), as well as daughter Powerful Queen (3). He has been in an on-again, off-again relationship with "Selling Sunset" star Bre Tiesi (33) for years, with whom he has daughter Legendary Love (1). Model LaNisha Cole (42) gave him daughter Onyx (1), and Alyssa Scott gave him daughter Halo Marie (1). Their son Zen (died in December 2021 at five months) passed away from a brain tumor.

  1. Interestingly, the concept of celebrity body part insurance isn't limited to insuring legs; Nick Cannon, known for his large family, also decided to insure his testicles, considering them his most valuable asset.
  2. Despite having twelve children with six different women and being in a complex family situation, it seems Nick Cannon, inspired by celebrities with insurance policies, chose to secure his reproductive health with a substantial ten-million-dollar insurance policy.
  3. In an unusual turn of events, celebrity father Nick Cannon, who has already fathered twelve children from six women, has ensured his testicles, considering them a valuable asset, and procured a substantial ten-million-dollar insurance policy as a form of protection.
