Sascha Hehn (69) has confirmed long-standing rumors that he has been married for some time. The actor told magazine "Bunte": "Yes, we got married and that was already in 2022!" His wife Gloria (51) added: "Yes, we are very happy."

He also revealed why he had kept his marital happiness a secret until now: "We live quite secluded," he told "Bunte", "we wanted to enjoy our happiness for ourselves and not hang it on the big bell." The couple have reportedly been together for over eleven years and brought an adult son into the marriage.
The wedding was a "very quick decision, within four days," explained the former "Traumschiff" captain further: "After we made the decision, we were able to give our vows at the registry office in Traunstein in the closest family circle."
A TV Star since the 1980s
For Sascha Hehn, it's his first marriage. The actor began his career in the 1960s. He became known in the 1980s then through his roles as Dr. Udo Brinkmann in "Die Schwarzwaldklinik" and as Chief Steward Viktor Burger in the TV series "Das Traumschiff". In January 2014, Hehn returned to his successful role and took over the role of Captain Victor Burger on the "Traumschiff" from Siegfried Rauch (1932-2018). He gave up the role in 2018, the last episode with him was seen in 2019.
