**Fashion designer Guido Maria Kretschmer has recently experienced many losses. In August 2023, his father Erich passed away at the age of 87. In December, his mother Marianne followed at the age of 84.
"Our tears are still not dry, and now our beloved Undine is also gone," Kretschmer wrote on Instagram. The dog had reportedly been rescued by the Kretschmers "many years ago" from a Spanish animal shelter. She had "thanked us with her gentle and loving nature from the first day until her last," he wrote in the moving farewell post. "The world has lost an angelic dog." The post included four touching images of the Greyhound.
