Former "Twilight" star becomes a father
Many teenagers around the world would probably have loved to have a child with Kristen Stewart. But Robert Pattinson's relationship with his ex 'Twilight' co-star is long over. Instead, he is now going to be a father for the first time with Suki Waterhouse.
Suki Waterhouse, the partner of Hollywood star Robert Pattinson, is pregnant. The actress and singer announced the news during her appearance at the Corona Capital Festival in Mexico, as reported by "The Hollywood Reporter", among others.
"I'm especially sparkly today because I thought it might distract you from something else," said the 31-year-old, looking at her outfit, a glittery pink mini dress, under which her baby bump was revealed. "I'm not sure it works," she added.
Waterhouse, who most recently starred in the Amazon Prime Video series "Daisy Jones & the Six", has been in a relationship with Pattinson since 2018. The couple made their red carpet debut in December 2022. Back then, the two attended the Dior Men fall fashion show in Egypt together. This was followed by an appearance at the Met Gala in May 2023.
Waterhouse is "shocked"
In October, Suki Waterhouse revealed that the couple had also been living together for six months. "I wasn't there for the move, so everything was packed in boxes and shipped," the actress recalled in a podcast. She added that even the separation from her plants had been a personal challenge for her, "because I've moved in with my boyfriend now, whereas before I always lived alone".
Pattinson and Waterhouse rarely talk about their love life. "I'm shocked that I've been so happy with someone for almost five years," Waterhouse nevertheless said a few months ago in an interview with the "Sunday Times" about her relationship with the 37-year-old.
"I always get incredibly excited when I see his name on my phone, and I think he feels the same way about me," she revealed. "We always have so much to say to each other, and I think he's so funny."
In the past, Waterhouse has been in a relationship with Hollywood star Bradley Cooper, among others. Pattinson's ex-girlfriends include Kristen Stewart, whom he met and fell in love with while filming the "Twilight" film series. However, the teenage dream couple split up in 2013 after around four years of dating.
