Lisa Müller - First stadium appearance of the European Championship

Next to Germany's 2:0 victory against Denmark in the Euro 2020 quarter-finals and the progression to the semi-finals, there was a special highlight at Dortmund's stadium on Saturday evening (29. June): Lisa Müller (34), wife of national player Thomas Müller (34), made her first appearance at the stadium.

Previously, she had missed all group stage matches of the German national team - officially due to her participation in international equestrian tournaments in Austria. Now, the dressage rider cheered from the tribune for the first time in the Dortmund stadium. For the game, she chose the pink away kit of the German national team and treated herself to an ice cream. Her flying instructor was apparently by her side, with whom she had already posted a joint selfie on Instagram in March.

So no marital crisis? Thomas Müller had already reacted clearly to such rumors in May: "Yes, everything is fine," he told the magazine "Bunte" in response to a question about whether "everything is in order between him and his wife". Lisa and Thomas Müller have been married since 2009.

These "Player Wives" and Celebrities were in the Stadium

Lisa Müller was not the only German "Player Wife" in the stadium: Among others, Katharina Raum (25), wife of David Raum (26), Niclas Füllkrug's (31) wife Lisa, Joshua Kimmich's (29) wife Lina (32), and Manuel Neuer's (38) wife Anika (24) were also present. Trainer Julian Nagelsmann's (36) partner Lena Wurzenberger (31) was also there. The five of them were seen on the tribune in coordinated kits.

Some celebrities were also in the stadium. Comedian Oliver Pocher (46) shared some Instagram stories, including a selfie with ex-wife Alessandra Meyer-Wölden (41) - the two were in the pink German kit in a couple look and had their children with them. Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz (66), Federal Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock (43), and Federal Health Minister Karl Lauterbach (61) also cheered on the national team.

The tense match had to be interrupted for several minutes during the first half due to bad weather in Dortmund. In the second half, Germany managed to score through a penalty kick from Kai Havertz (25) in the 53rd minute and a goal by Jamal Musiala (21) in the 68th minute to secure the victory.
