Tim Allen - Filming partner calls him a "bastard"
A peaceful Christmas atmosphere definitely sounds different: Actress Casey Wilson (43) has complained in a podcast about the "damn rude behavior" of her series partner Tim Allen (70). As reported by "People" magazine, Wilson described filming with Allen for the Disney+ series "Santa Clause" as one of the "worst" experiences she had ever had on a set. Tim Allen, "Listen to Who's Hammering" star and protagonist of the "Santa Clause" film trilogy, has not yet commented on the allegations.
"Allen was a bastard"
The Disney+ series "Santa Clause" is actually intended as a cheerful sequel to the "Santa Clause" films, which have been delighting Christmas audiences worldwide since 1994. According to the report, actress Casey Wilson now grumbled about the filming in a podcast from the "Bitch Sesh" series:"Tim Allen was such a bastard."
Break-in scene ends in disaster
As evidence of Allen's allegedly disrespectful behavior towards her, Wilson describes the course of a shoot with him. "He comes down the chimney, as Santa Claus of course, and I get woken up because I think there's an intruder, basically like a break-in scene," Wilson recalls. "So I'm throwing things at him. He walks over to the producer, who's standing three feet away from me, and says, and I hear him, 'You need to tell her to stop stepping on my lines.' The producer turns to me with a horrified face, takes a step towards me and says, 'Um, Tim would ask that you stop stomping on his lines."
No conversation, no eye contact
After that, everyone on set was "walking on eggshells", "people just looked distressed". And Wilson adds how "fucking rude" the "Listen Who's Hammering" star was when he left the set. "He never made eye contact, never said anything. It was so awkward."
Neither Allen nor his management have yet commented on the allegations. Wilson only took part in the series because her children loved the"Santa Clause" films. However, she is likely to refrain from filming with Tim Allen again.
