Louis Klamroth, born in Hamburg, is the son of Peter Lohmeyer's long-term relationship with camera assistant Katrin Klamroth. He grew up with several siblings. The father-son duo have appeared together in front of the Camera three times: in "The Jerk" (2001), "The Miracle of Bern" (2003), and "Give Me Your Heart" (2010).
They have also walked on red carpets together on numerous occasions. Theater Play Adaptation "The Investigation"
