Dave Grohl, lead singer of the Foo Fighters, revealed on his Instagramthis past Tuesday that he's welcomed a new baby girl into his life, born outside of his marriage to wife Jordyn Blum. He expressed his intentions to be a dedicated and caring father to this new addition.

In his statement, Grohl expressed his love for his wife and children, and his commitment to regaining their trust and forgiveness. He expressed gratitude for understanding and patience as they navigate this situation together.

A spokesperson for Grohl declined to provide any further comments beyond the Instagram post.

Grohl and his wife, director Jordyn Blum, have been married since 2003 and share three daughters: Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10.

He did not disclose the identity of the mother of his new girl in his Instagram post.

The couple has generally kept their personal life and family affairs private, occasionally making public appearances as a family on red carpets.

They were spotted together at Wimbledon in July during the European leg of the Foo Fighters tour in London.
