Dancing with the Stars selects newest ballroom champion

Xochitl Gomez und Val Chmerkovsky gewannen am Dienstagabend im Saisonfinale die Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy. Dies ist das erste Finale in der Geschichte von „DWTS“, bei dem fünf Paare auftreten.

Xochitl Gomez und Val Chmerkovsky wurden zu den Gewinnern gekürt.

Zu den Profis im Finale gesellen sich Ariana Madix, Jason Mraz, Charity Lawson und Alyson Hannigan.

Mraz und Daniella Karagach wurden Zweite und Ariana Madix und Pasha Pashkov wurden Dritte.

Charity Lawson und Artem Chigvintsev wurden Zweite und Hannigan und Sasha Farber Fünfte.

Gomez führte einen Foxtrott zu Katy Perrys „No Strings Attached“ auf. Sie und Chmerkovskiy führten außerdem einen spontanen Tanz zu „Que Calor“ aus Distrikt 78 auf und erhielten perfekte Noten.

Es war Chmerkovskiys dritter Sieg in der Show.

Hannigan tanzte Salsa zu Gloria Estefans „Stand Up“. Die Jury gab ihr eine Wertung von 25 von 30.

Maz und seine Tanzpartnerin Daniella Karagach tanzten Foxtrott zu Frank Sinatras „Fly Me To The Moon“.

Madix und Pasha Pashkov tanzten zu „Spice Up Your Life“ von Spice Girls und erhielten 29 Punkte.
