Court seeks authorization to apprehend Prime Minister Netanyahu for criminal charges.

After thorough investigations, the International Criminal Court (ICC) has concluded that both Prime Minister Netanyahu and the Minister of Defense are accountable for grave offenses in the context of the Gaza Strip conflict. Thus, their arrest is sought.

The ICC in The Hague officially announced the issuance of an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. According to the court, there is "enough reason to believe that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Joav Gallant hold criminal responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity." The war in the Gaza Strip commenced on October 7th, ignited by a significant Hamas assault on Israel, an Islamic extremist group.

Further details will be provided shortly. 1
