Cora criticizes Ralf Schumacher, labeling him as unexceptional and questioning his moral character.

It's clear that Cora Schumacher wasn't happy with Ralf Schumacher's method of clearing up his sexuality. She went on a rant on Instagram, accusing her ex-hubby of invading her privacy by sharing a private WhatsApp chat to back up his claims. Cora pointed out that she's been fighting legal battles against Ralf for a decade, all for alleged violations of her personal rights, yet he's blatantly infringing on hers now. She, in so many words, called him pathetic for stooping so low to publish illicit WhatsApp messages to cover up the truth.

This outburst was triggered by Cora's first interview since Ralf came out publicly about his sexuality over a month ago. In this interview, published in "Der Spiegel", Cora claimed that she, like Germany as a whole, found out about Ralf's orientation through the media. She was hurt by the fact that Ralf didn't have the decency to break the news to her personally. "I shouldn't have had to find out through the media," she said, "he never said anything like 'Hey Cora, I'm sorry' or 'I didn't know how to tell you' or 'I truly cared for you.' Nothing."

Ralf Schumacher didn't let this accusation slide. He defended himself vigorously on his own Instagram, even going so far as to accuse Cora of lying. He shared the private chat as evidence, claiming that Cora had congratulated him and his new partner Étienne in September 2023, under the impression they'd tied the knot. "Anyway, I'm happy for you," she wrote in the chat, among other things.

However, Cora disagreed with Ralf's interpretation. "You know full well that you introduced Étienne to me as your assistant," she fired back, angry. "That WhatsApp to Étienne was my final effort to get the truth from HIM."

Despite the ongoing legal battles, Cora Schumacher expressed her concern about Ralf's actions towards their family's privacy. She mentioned that they had been a family for their children, and Ralf's actions were affecting their children's perception of their father. Additionally, Cora emphasized her hope for Ralf to respect their shared history and their children's feelings, stating, "As a family, we deserve better than this."
