- Commendations for Tom Kaulitz

Michael Bully Herbig (54) is excited about the contestants he's chosen for the Halloween edition of "LOL: Last One Laughing." Included in the lineup are Bill and Tom Kaulitz (34), who will aim to outlast everyone else without cracking a smile. On his Instagram, Herbig teases, "Trust me, you've never seen them like this before."

He posts a photo of himself grinning alongside the Tokio Hotel twins. It seems Tom's sense of humor has won Herbig over, as he gleefully writes in the caption, "Even the long-haired one on the left has a great sense of humor!" Viewers can expect a "big, spooky chuckle" from the two of them on "LOL."

Teaming up for a scare

In the Halloween edition of "LOL," the Kaulitz twins will once again join forces: This time, they'll need to keep a straight face while in the presence of other contestants. The duo who manages to not laugh for several hours in the same room will be rewarded by Herbig with 50,000 euros for a worthy cause.

Joining the Tokio Hotel stars in this spooktacular event will be Mirja Boes (52) and Torsten Sträter (57), Palina Rojinski (39) and Olaf Schubert (56), as well as Annette Frier (50) and singer Sasha (52). Some of these contestants have experience on "LOL" - Sträter and Boes, for instance, have even won the show in the past.

The German version of "LOL" debuted on Amazon Prime in 2021. Since then, there have been five regular seasons and a Christmas special. The Halloween episodes, set in an authentically eerie atmosphere, will be available on the streaming platform in October.

Michael "Bully" Herbig highly anticipates the hilarious performances of Mirja Boes and Torsten Sträter in the Halloween edition of "LOL," given their past victories on the show. Despite their success, the duo faces a new challenge: maintaining their composure in the presence of Michael "Bully" Herbig himself, who shares a friendly banter with the Tokio Hotel twins, Bill and Tom Kaulitz, whose collective sense of humor is sure to bring a "big, spooky chuckle" to the audience.
