Chris Brown is being sued for 50 Million Dollars.
Fifteen years ago, Chris Brown made headlines for physically assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna. He was sentenced to probation for that incident. Now, he is facing another lawsuit, alleging a brutal altercation with four men backstage.
R&B singer Chris Brown and several members of his team are reportedly being sued for a large sum of money. According to "Billboard", this is reportedly about an alleged outburst of violence that occurred after Brown's concert during his "11:11 Tour" in Fort Worth, Texas last Friday night.
In the lawsuit filed at the Harris County District Court on Monday, as reported by "TMZ", it is claimed that Chris Brown and other members of his crew brutally and mercilessly beat up four men backstage. The men were reportedly invited to the backstage area.
"The violence consisted of Brown and his entourage surrounding the victims, throwing chairs at them, and repeatedly striking and punching them," the lawsuit states, according to reports. "The unprovoked violence included several blows to the head and chest of the victims." Additionally, the lawsuit alleges: "The brutal, violent attack, in which Brown participated and led, severely injured all the victims."
"Thoroughly medically treated"
All four men were reportedly taken to the hospital after the attack, one of whom, according to the lawsuit, was admitted to the hospital and received extensive medical treatment for head injuries. According to "Billboard," the victims are demanding damages "in excess of 50 million dollars."
In the lawsuit, it appears that Chris Brown's past run-ins with the law are mentioned, including his admission in 2009 that he assaulted his then-girlfriend Rihanna. He was sentenced to five years probation and community labor for that incident. He was also required to attend an anti-aggression program.
