Metal and Schlager dominate the top positions of the German album charts this week. German Metal band Kissin' Dynamite enters at number one with "Back With A Bang," according to GfK Entertainment.

Behind that, singer Michelle places new at number two with "Flutlicht." She had stated that it would be her farewell album. On place three is Orden Ogan ("The Order Of Fear") from another German Metal band.

Pop musician Billie Eilish is at position four with "Hit Me Hard And Soft." Before "Pirates II - Armada" from the Austrian Metal band Visions Of Atlantis,

In the Single-Charts, there are no new entries in the top 5. "Zeit, dass sich was dreht" from $OHO BANI, Herbert Grönemeyer & Ericson remains at the top, as does "Wunder" from Ayliva & Apache 207 at number two and "I Like The Way You Kiss Me" from Artemas in third place.

The American musician Sabrina Carpenter climbs to number four with "Espresso." In fifth place is rapper GReeeN with "Panama."

Singer Michelle, known for her Schlagers, announced her forthcoming album as a 'farewell album'. This Metal band-centric week in Germany saw Michelle's album debut at number two, while Schlagers singer Michelle's German Metal band counterpart, Kissin' Dynamite, took the top position with their single "Back With A Bang". In the Single-Charts, another Schlagers singer, Ayliva & Apache 207, held the second position with their song "Wunder", and a potential future Schlagers singer, Artemas, secured third place with "I Like The Way You Kiss Me".
