Blonde spat and the first abortion

On the "Bauer sucht Frau" farms, the hearts start their first attempts at jumping - with success. But there are also places where things don't go quite so smoothly. On one farm, the dream of great love even has to be buried prematurely.

The farm weeks begin for five farmers and a horse farmer, and with them probably the biggest love adventure in the candidates' lives to date. Siegfried from the Odenwald is completely smitten by his farm ladies Simone and Patricia. While the former is still sorting out the day's wardrobe in the early morning, her rival is already pulling out all the flirting stops in the kitchen. With batting eyes and a languorous smile, Patricia woos her bull breeder. In no time at all, the delicious cold cuts from the shelf in the old wine cellar end up on the breakfast table. Attracted by the fresh smell of coffee, Simone, who has just joined them, is wide-eyed: "What? You only set the table for yourselves?" grumbles the woman from Brandenburg, who strikes back shortly afterwards.

Alone with her eccentric prince charming, Simone goes in for her first kiss of the season in the old wine cellar. And that's not all: the cheeky blonde is also clearly ahead of her fellow contestant in the later hay bale Olympics. Siegfried insists that he hasn't made a decision yet. But Patricia has to make an effort and really put her love skills to the test if she wants to catch up with her rival.

The love barometer is at full tilt

On cloud nine: Organic farmer Christoph and Lisa.

Julia has already arrived where Patricia and Simone still want to be: in the heart of their farmer! After just two days on the farm, André's love barometer is already at full tilt. After just-born calves and very young puppies, Julia, who is always purring lasciviously, is the sweetest creature on the farm - at least in the eyes of the visibly smitten dairy farmer. Master horse farmer Hans and long-haired farmer Christoph are also already on cloud nine. While the blonde metal maniac with a soft spot for shaggy cattle can't get enough of farm lady Lisa and is even persuaded to take a cattle hair braiding course on the green pasture, horse lover Hans introduces his Elke to the emotional world of show jumping. It's fascinating even without a rider.

The sight of the beautiful hoofed animal leaping so gallantly and powerfully over the mounted obstacles brings tears to the sensitive Lower Franconian's eyes: "Thank you for this unforgettable moment!" the lady-in-waiting sighs to her fair prince. A homemade mushroom ragout and milking fun in the open air put Hochland cattle expert Christoph in a good mood. "Oh great, Lisa eats with her mouth closed and doesn't smack her lips!" says Christoph happily.

"We're parting as friends!"

Arable farmer Stephan and fun-loving Laura are also in a "very healthy getting-to-know-each-other phase" - a state that Carolin's horse farm would also be only too happy to enjoy. But somehow the spark of love between the sometimes somewhat cool and brusque horse farmer and her farm boy Lucas doesn't really want to ignite. The two candidates don't get romantically close to each other, neither when throwing horse droppings nor when sorting chicken eggs: "I have the feeling that we're more on friendly terms," says Lucas with a grumpy expression.

Carolin doesn't contradict him - and so, after just two days, the first premature break-up of the season takes place. "We're parting as friends!" declares Carolin. Well, at least that's something. As the Kaiser once sang so beautifully: "No one can separate good friends ..."
