Taylor Swift - Birthday party in New York - without Travis
Singer Taylor Swift celebrated her 34th birthday in a New York nightclub on Wednesday evening. She arrived at the location hand in hand with her friend, actress Blake Lively (36). However, one person was missing from the evening: Swift's boyfriend Travis Kelce (34).
Mini dress with a starry sky
However, this was apparently no problem for the birthday girl. She shone alongside her celebrity friend, which was also due to the singer's outfit: she wore a glittering black mini dress with a jeweled night sky on the front and side. As reported by "People", the dress by fashion brand Clio Peppiatt costs 2,335 dollars (around 2140 euros). She teamed it with black platform heels, a glittering silver handbag and her signature red lipstick.
Lively also opted for a black look: The former "Gossip Girl" star wore a leather dress with spaghetti straps and knee-high boots by Christian Louboutin. The stylish duo were out and about together on the other side of the Atlantic just two weeks ago: on November 30, the women attended the London premiere of Beyoncé's "Renaissance" film.
Travis Kelce had to work out
Blake Lively wasn't the only party guest on December 13, of course. Taylor Swift is known for her large circle of friends, and so The Box nightclub filled up quickly. Only one was missing: her boyfriend Travis Kelce (34) stayed in Kansas City, Missouri. According tothe New York Post, the sportsman missed his sweetheart's party due to his Kansas City Chiefs team's mandatory football training session.
However, the couple had spent a few nice moments together in the days leading up to their birthday. On Sunday, for example, they celebrated together in good spirits at the after-party of the game against the Buffalo Bills, despite Kelce's team suffering a defeat.
The two had publicly confirmed their relationship in September.
