During a wedding celebration in Wuppertal, five law enforcement officials experienced minor injuries from guests who threw punches, kicks, and bites. According to their account, they were summoned to the event on Saturday evening due to a physical altercation among attendees. Preliminary investigations indicate that multiple individuals engaged in fights using glasses and bottles.

Wuppertal's Police Employ Electronic Stun Guns and Batons

Upon reaching the scene, the officers encountered hostility, as stated by a representative. A guest pulled out a kitchen knife, but fortunately, no one was harmed. The individual drew the knife only to later abandon it on the floor. The aggressors were subdued with stun guns and batons.

Three males, aged between 22 and 24, were apprehended by the police. They resisted detention and continued assaulting the officers. Furthermore, the authorities captured the personal information of 40 attendees and issued them with dispersal orders. The five officers with injuries were able to carry on with their duties. The apprehended individuals were handed over to the custody of the local [Police]. Despite their injuries, the officers were able to administer necessary discipline and maintain order at the celebration.
