At eighty-four years old, Al Pacino finds being a new father an extraordinary and miraculous experience.
Almighty actor discusses his role as a dad to a multitude, including 16-month-old Roman with producer Noor Alfallah, in a fresh chat with People.
"It's simply delightful to have kids," the 84-year-old father of four expressed.
"For me, I adored it," Pacino shared. "It transformed me, in a manner of speaking, for the better. It transformed me forever. And the notion that you're directing your attention towards other individuals who just so happen to be your children... there's the love."
He's additionally the dad of Julie, 34, with acting coach Jan Tarrant, and twins Anton and Olivia, 23, with actress Beverly D’Angelo.
"The Godfather" icon pondered over the experience of nurturing a newborn as an octogenarian.
"Well, it's always the same. It's always the same," he stated. "It's a mini marvel. That's all I can say."
Pacino has written a fresh memoir, entitled "Sonny Boy."
He confessed in a recent discussion with the New York Times that welcoming his youngest child served as one of his motivators to pen the book.
"Certainly one of the reasons," he acknowledged. "And that has been my drive to stick around a little longer, if it's feasible."
"Sonny Boy" is set for publication on October 15.
