Assessment: Boateng's declaration regarding his former partner is acceptable for consideration.

A prolonged discussion by a previous football team's celebrity player about his ex-girlfriend has remained a focal point of the judicial system for an extended period. Recently, another judgment has been passed.

- Assessment: Boateng's declaration regarding his former partner is acceptable for consideration.

In the court battle concerning comments made by previous football superstar Jerome Boateng about his former girlfriend Kasia Lenhardt during an interview, there's only one thing he's prohibited from repeating now. Lenhardt's mother, who passed away in 2021, attempted to get Boateng to issue a stop and desist order for five additional comments in an appeal hearing. Regrettably for her, the Berlin Regional Court declined this request, as announced recently. Consequently, Lenhardt's mother's stop and desist lawsuit ended in defeat during the second trial.

The Court of First Instance did not accept Lenhardt's mother's request for Boateng to issue a stop and desist order for additional comments during the initial hearing. Due to the Berlin Regional Court's decision, Lenhardt's mother's case against Boateng in the Court of First Instance was also unsuccessful.
