SemperOperaball 2024 - Another presenter has been confirmed
For the first time in four years, the SemperOperaball will take place in Dresden in February 2024. In October, it was announced that actress Stephanie Stumph (39) and "Game of Thrones" star Tom Wlaschiha (50) will host the evening's program together on 23 February. Another presenter has now been announced.
Wolfgang Lippert will present on the outdoor stage
Star presenter Wolfgang Lippert (71) will host the program of the SemperOpenairball on the outdoor stage on Theaterplatz. The procession of guests down the red carpet will begin there at 6 p.m. before they take their seats inside the main hall of the Dresden Opera.
SemperOperaball is "relaunched"
According to the press release, the comeback of the ball is a "completely revamped ball". According to the press release, the ball program begins at 8:15 pm. Before that, you can dance in the Fledermaus Bar and the Spiegelsaal. From 10 p.m., dancing is also allowed in the main hall.
It is already known that Giovanni Zarrella (45) will perform the traditional midnight concert together with his band. Opera singer Rolando Villazón (51) will also be performing in February. A total of around 2,500 guests are expected at the Dresden Opera House. Tickets for this major event are already available on the website.
