Madonna, at 66, celebrated her birthday in Italy with a grand bash. Her brood, which included her biological kids Lourdes Leon, 27, and Rocco Ritchie, 24, as well as her adopted kids David Banda, 18, Mercy James, 18, Stella, and Estere, 11, were all present. Monday saw Madonna share a series of photos on Instagram with the caption "The Sweet Life," showcasing the festivities of the recent days. The last photo in the series depicted Madonna with her kids. This uncommon family snapshot was captured at the Grand Theatre of Pompeii, where an alfresco dinner was organized. Many of Madonna's well-known buddies and her rumored new flame, footballer Akeem Morris, 28, were also in attendance. Besides celebrating her own birthday, Madonna declared that she would be sponsoring a theater initiative for children and teenagers in the Italian region for a whole year.
Before her August 16 birthday, Madonna also celebrated Rocco's, her son with director Guy Ritchie, 24th birthday.
