On August 31st, the "Pretty Woman" star, Richard Gere, celebrated his 75th birthday. His wife, Alejandra (41), marked the occasion on her Instagram with a late yet heartfelt message.
"Happy birthday to my one and only," Alejandra, mother of his two youngest boys, initiated. "After eleven wonderful years, it still feels like our first encounter," she penned, pairing her words with an alluring image of the couple on the red carpet - her in a shimmering black dress and him in a tuxedo.
"The journey we've embarked on, the stunning family we've nurtured, and the moments we've cherished exceed any dreams I could have ever had. You enhance my life in every way, and I am so fortunate to have you by my side," Alejandra expressed, overflowing with affection. The celebration transpired in Venice
During the weekend, Gere attended the amfAR gala and the premiere of "The Tender Bar" with his wife, their eldest son Homer (24, from his prior marriage to actress Carey Lowell), and their two youngest boys, Alexander (5) and a three-year-old whose name remains undisclosed. Alejandra, an activist for political causes, tied the knot with Gere in 2018 and is also a mother to a son from another relationship.
