Amira Pocher is now fighting back with him
A lot has happened since Oliver and Amira Pocher announced the end of their marriage in August. While it initially seemed that their separation was unusually harmonious, the tide has now turned. After the "Bild" newspaper speculated about a new man at Amira Pocher's side, her still-husband began taking shots at his ex on an almost hourly basis.
Despite their separation, the comedian continued to host their podcast "Die Pochers" together for a while with his ex Alessandra "Sandy" Meyer-Wölden of all people. He unceremoniously banned Amira Pocher from the show via social media. However, as provider Podimo has now announced, she will also be getting her own podcast again and will not have to step in front of the microphone alone. She will have male support.
"It goes on"
The presenter will be joined by her brother Ibrahim, nicknamed Hima, who is two years older than her and with whom she gets on very well. "It goes on! We can hardly wait: Amira Pocher and her brother Hima on the podcast mic together. From next week Tuesday, only on Podimo," it says on the company's Instagram page.
"The Pochers" will also appear on Podimo, but two days later. It is therefore not unlikely that listeners will receive direct reactions from Oliver Pocher and Meyer-Wölden to what is said in Amira Pocher's podcast on Thursdays.
Gottschalk "always a little skeptical" about Amira
Incidentally, podcast colleague Thomas Gottschalk already has an opinion on the Pocher break-up. "Oliver Pocher is a real talent for my taste, for my knowledge of the television business. I've seen Pocher live: He's very quick, he's very pointed and he comes up with the right answers very quickly," he says about his younger colleague in his RTL+ podcast "Die Supernasen" in an interview with Mike Krüger.
With Amira, on the other hand, he was "always a bit skeptical", the 73-year-old continues. She "saw television as prey", he believes. "She wanted to become a presenter, and Oliver delivered. He made her famous relatively quickly," concludes the "Wetten, dass ...?" presenter.
- Amidst the ongoing divorce proceedings, Oliver Pocher often uses TV platforms like RTL to share his opinions about his estranged wife Amira, causing quite a stir in the world of celebrity couples entertainment.
- Despite the turbulent situation, RTL still plans to air "Die Pochers" with Thomas Gottschalk as host, making it interesting to see how he navigates the dynamics between Oliver, Amira, and their past.
- With Amira Pocher and her brother Ibrahim launching a new podcast together on Podimo, entertainment faithful can look forward to the unique perspectives they'll bring to the table, as Oliver and his podcast partner, Meyer-Wölden, also plan to debut their show on the same platform.
