Amira and Oliver Pocher together again on TV

This appearance might seem a little bizarre: Oliver and Amira Pocher will soon be playing together on "Who wants to be a millionaire?" for a good cause. Although the two were already separated during the recording of the show, they did not yet have a war of the roses.

Amira and Oliver Pocher will once again be seen together in a TV show. The ex-couple will compete as a team in this year's "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? Celebrity Special" on November 16 (20:15 on RTL and also available on RTL+), RTL announced.

In Günther Jauch's show, the two will try to win the million for a good cause. Other stars in the "Celebrity Special" are singer Sasha, soccer expert Reiner Calmund and comedian Torsten Sträter.

The show was recorded back in mid-October. At that time, Amira and Oliver Pocher were already separated but still on friendly terms.

Two new podcasts

The two were a couple for seven years. Their first son was born shortly after their wedding in October 2019. Son number two followed in December 2020. In the summer of 2023, the two then talked about marital problems - they finally announced their separation at the end of August.

Oliver Pocher has three more children from his first marriage to Alessandra Meyer-Wölden. With her, he is currently continuing the podcast he once started with Amira as "Die Pochers! Freshly recycled". In October, he announced the end of the joint podcast with his still-wife on Instagram after rumors of Amira Pocher's alleged new love affair surfaced.

Amira Pocher is also continuing with a podcast that will remain in the family. She will be talking to her brother Hima in future, as was recently announced.

"Der Liebeskasper" goes on tour

Oliver Pocher, in particular, has been publicly teasing his still-wife since there has been speculation about a new man at her side. For example, he gave two long interviews to RTL presenter Frauke Ludowig in which he didn't mince his words. Among other things, he attested to his ex's lack of "emotional maturity" and let it slip that he felt betrayed by her.

The comedian also wants to deal with the break-up on stage. He told Ludowig that comedy was his "outlet". He is "not quite finished with the event yet". The 45-year-old announced a new comedy tour. It is entitled "Der Liebeskasper" and starts on January 5 in Rust, Baden-Württemberg.

Amira Pocher and her brother Hima will discuss various topics in Amira's new podcast, providing entertaining insights into their family dynamics.

Oliver Pocher, known for his comedic skills, will continue his "Der Liebeskasper" comedy tour, using humor to address his personal experiences and emotions following his separation from Amira Pocher.
