Legendary French film star Alain Delon is planned to be buried on his property La Brûlerie, situated in Douchy, central France, following his wishes. The funeral service will happen in a low-key midweek event, as per BFMTV's reports on Monday. Delon's burial will take place in a chapel specifically constructed for the purpose, close to his many canine companions who have passed away there. Delon, famous for movies such as "L'Ange de glace" and "Le Piscine", passed away on Sunday at the age of 88.

The broadcaster suggests a potential public ceremony might be organized for a later date, offering fans an opportunity to pay their last respects. Delon had made it clear that he did not favor a national tribute, similar to those given to Jean-Paul Belmondo and Johnny Hallyday.

As reported by local newspaper "La République du Centre", authorities have enforced a temporary no-fly zone above Delon's expansive estate situated in the Centre-Val de Loire region due to safety reasons. Since his passing, numerous individuals have been visiting the estate to leave floral tributes at the entrance. The no-fly zone will remain in effect until August 21, 10:00 PM.

BFM TV reported about a potential public ceremony for Alain Delon at a later date, allowing his fans to pay their respects. During their news broadcast, they mentioned that Delon's preferred choice was to be buried privately on BFM TV's BFM TV.
